Love is in the Air

Since Valentine's Day was on a Saturday this year, we took advantage of it by taking the kids to the Portland Children's Theater for a showing of "Click Clack Moo Cows that can Type".

Jeff and I really came to enjoy the city of Portland when we did our Urban Race there in the September before. It really has a great feel to it. As a result we were excited to go back and take the kids to see some of the city as well as enjoy a play based on one of their favorite books.

Not to worry Jeff and I made sure we had a fun and quiet Valentine's dinner for ourselves after the kids went to bed. It's funny how it's the simple pleasures that become the ones that mean so much! Happy Valentine's Day 2009

The boys are playing a Valentine heart walk before

the play began.

Kate finally found herself a throne she just forgot

to bring her dress up tiara.

I totally forgot that you guys are not too far away. I think we may have to get together here soon. We're thinking of heading to the Great Wolf lodge in October, so if it works for you maybe we'll have to meet up. I'll get in touch with you!
